Why Gymnastics?

Why is it a good idea to enroll your child in gymnastics? Even at 18 months of age, children can benefit in various ways from the sport of gymnastics. The ability to move to vocal instruction promotes reading readiness. Honing perceptual motor skills prepares children for kindergarten.

U.S. Gold Gymnastics and Cheerleading coaches have produced numerous college athletes in both gymnastics and cheerleading. Our specialty is the development of the beginning student. Gymnastics provides a foundation to excel in many other sports and academic pursuits.
