We offer Kids Day Out / Night Out at both Gym Locations!

Kids have a great time at our gyms every Friday morning and evening.  Both the Destin and Fort Walton locations have activities that stimulate and entertain your children.  We believe that exercising and having fun can be done at the same time.  Come and join us!
